Privacy policy

Your info. Your call.

What Roudfit collects through this website, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to reach us. This policy follows Québec’s privacy law (Law 25) and Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Who is responsible

Roudfit (Team Roudfit), 9590 Bd de l’Acadie, Montréal, QC H4N 1L8. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Roudy, owner of Roudfit. Contact: info@roudfit.com or 514-463-4488.

What we collect

  • Free consult request formYour name, your phone number and/or email, the option you’re interested in (in person or group class), your preferred date and time (and a second option if you give one), your goal in a few words, your consent, and the date and language of your request.
  • “Be the first to know” listYour first name, your email address, your consent with the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, page and language you used.
  • Coach app waitlistYour first name, your email address, your consent with the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, language and page you used. See Coach app waitlist below.
  • When you contact usIf you call us, email us, message @roudfit on Instagram or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share there. Instagram and WhatsApp are run by Meta, which handles your messages under its own privacy policies.
  • On your deviceYour browser remembers your language choice on your own device. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.
  • Site statisticsWe use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless, does not use your IP address to track you, and builds no personal profile.

Online coaching and intake form

If you buy an online program, you get a link to a private intake form. It asks for your before photo (you can crop or hide your face), your health and medication answers, your measurements, goal, injuries, schedule and food preferences. This form runs on Microsoft Forms in Roudfit’s own Microsoft 365 account. Only Roudy, our privacy officer, sees your answers and photos. The website stores none of it.

Square processes the payment. Your card number goes to Square directly; Roudfit never sees it. We only receive confirmation of your payment, your name and your email.

We use this information only to build and follow up on your program. We keep your before photo for 6 months after your program ends, and the rest of your answers for 12 months after it ends, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time by writing to info@roudfit.com.

Why

To answer you and book your free consult, and, only if you joined the list with your express consent, to email you when guides or gift cards become available. We use your information only for these purposes and never sell or rent it.

Where it’s kept, and who sees it

The website itself stores nothing: when you send a form, it goes through Web3Forms, a form service that emails it to our inbox, info@roudfit.com. Web3Forms is hosted outside Québec, so your information may be processed outside Québec. Web3Forms may also keep a copy of what you send, under its own settings; we ask it to keep that copy for 12 months or less. Only Roudy and Team Roudfit read these emails. The one exception is the coach app waitlist, which is saved in Roudfit’s own database instead (see below).

How long

We keep your free consult request, and our messages with you about it, for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from our inbox and ask Web3Forms to delete its copy. If you joined the “Be the first to know” list, we keep your email until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months after you signed up, whichever comes first. If you leave the list, we remove your email and keep only proof of your request (date, wording and page) for 3 years, so we can show that you agreed.

Newsletter and waitlist (CASL)

  • We only email you if you ticked the consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and signing up is never a condition of buying anything.
  • Every email identifies the sender, Roudfit, with our mailing address and a way to contact us.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to info@roudfit.com. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
  • We keep a record of your consent (date, wording, page) as proof, as the law requires.

Coach app waitlist

What we collect. If you join the waitlist for Roudy’s coach app (page /app), we collect your first name and email address, your consent with the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, language and page you used. We do not collect your IP address.

Why. Only to email you when the Roudfit coach app opens. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything else.

Where it is kept. Unlike our other forms, the waitlist is not emailed to us: it is saved in Roudfit’s own database, run by Supabase and hosted in Canada (Montréal region). Cloudflare, which hosts this website, handles your request on its way and may process it outside Québec. Only Roudy and Team Roudfit can read the list.

When you join the coach app waitlist, we also get an email at info@roudfit.com through Web3Forms (hosted outside Québec) with your first name, email address, consent and the date and page of your sign-up. That email is kept like our other form emails: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.

How long. We keep your sign-up until 3 months after the app opens, or for 12 months after you signed up, whichever comes first, then delete it. When the app opens, we use your details only for that announcement.

How to be removed. At any time, email info@roudfit.com, call 514-463-4488 or message @roudfit on Instagram. We delete your first name and email within 10 business days.

Your rights

You can ask to access the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@roudfit.com; we reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
